The most cleanest facility i have ever seen in Georgia. Patient’s care is their highest priority. The atomostpher is so positive with the Maniger and the Co-wokers. I enjoy the free lounch every Monday , Wensday and friday. The pay is good too..❤️

When I fist came to Tucker I couldn't walk due to my illness I lost a lot of weight while in the hospital, I was given physical therapy for 3 weeks then I started self therapy I learned to walk again my weight increased as the dieticians sat down with me and we talked about my eating habits they put me on a certain diet plan and I started to regain my weight and I became stronger by the week my walking ability increased greatly, the rehabilitation dept gave me a roller walker which added to my walking abilities. The nursing staff at Tucker has been very nice to me since I've been living here it was far better than the previous center I was sent too,My family has given their approval about Tucker they keep family members abreast of any medical issues at once the administration dept are friendly and will talk with the residents about anything I'm very happy at Tucker wellness I have made friends here as well. I would tell anyone about Tucker they are good people and the owners make sure we have what we need and ask for.

When our mother was initially admitted, everyone was nice and caring. She was sent to the emergency room. When she was discharged from the hospital and sent back to Tucker Rehab, the care is now terrible. Our mother is not cleaned up on a regular basis; she sits in soiled bedding and has bed sores. The food is not very good and the portions are too small. She can only get water to drink between meals. Her belongings were put in storage while she was in the hospital. The majority of her belongings are now either lost or were thrown out. We have repeatedly asked for them to be located and returned to her; however, only a couple items were returned. Noone seems to care about her well-being, her needs, or finding and returning her belongings. Noone follows up with us on the status; we have to repeatedly reach out to them.

Wish there was a 0 star rating because that's what is deserved ! Tucker Nursing and Rehab Center is HORRIBLE. The place is not clean and sanitized. The food was TERRIBLE. Served on Dollar Tree paper plates. My husband's phone was "misplaced" while there. Staff non responsive until I informed them they would have to pay for the "lost" phone. Numerous occassions I would come to visit and my husband did not even have on clothes.Just a t shirt. No pants. Unfortunately, my husband has since passed away. Received a PAST DUE statement from Tucker. I called and informed them CINDY STROUD of his passing. Did she offer one word of condolences ? NOT ! All her concern was when would the bill be paid ! Hence, weeks later, I receive a past due notice in the mail stating he dollar amount owed, but no account number, phone number to call and inquire just a poorly, unprofessional letter again asking for payment. I will pay this bill as soon as possible, because I don't want to deal with such a unprofessional Center again. CINDY STROUD is the absolute worst "Business Office Manager". I do not recommend this place on basis of care and account management. Tucker Nursing and Rehab Center is the ABSOLUTE WORST Center in the metro ATL area !

1. I express this with the highest regard. There are several exceptional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) present, and the residents are truly remarkable. However, the Director of Nursing, Kim, appears to consider herself superior to the support provided to our CNA, Nurses and the Therapy teams. Her demeanor is unprofessional, and she has been known to manipulate documentation to facilitate terminations when inquiries regarding corporate matters arise. Furthermore, the administration fails to advocate for or address issues in a timely fashion and will report back any thing you say to the DON instead of helping you. Human Resources Tricia does not prioritize the well-being of employees, even when serious matters are reported, allowing instances of bullying and harassment to persist and when you ask for corporate email or number they will with hold that information and say they don’t have it an only has the best interest of the Administration.

Horrible experience. There were some kind nurses and techs but very poor communication overall. My mom’s clothes and jewelry disappeared and the facility was shockingly unresponsive. Would recommend you look elsewhere for your loved one.

If you send a resident a package make sure they can sign for it. It will for sure be taken by someone other wise. It’s a shame but truth. Also even if you mark their name on clothing it can disappear too, happens all the time. Very sad!!😢

My aunt was at the center for rehab where she wasn't able to get around on her own. She was left to stew in her own waste and was repeatedly ignored. The place was filthy and the staff was NOT helpful in the slightest. Visit before you go here.

The nurses here are good. I must say that the nurse Kennyata is the best of all. She made our dad feel comfortable and did everything she could do to help him out. She fixed the call button light by herself since it was weekend and no mechanic was around. Stay blessed Kannyata!!

Tucker Nursing &Rehab is the best rehabilitation facility that anyone could ever be in they staff is just awesome from the front door to where ever your destination might be they have excellent customer service every one is so helpful and duty full they really go up and beyond to make sure that you and your family is welcome even the cleaning staff is on point with making sure that the building is spotless they are truly a blessing physical therapy is awesome as well they are on it making sure that you get the rehabilitation that you need and being so careful not to hurt or overwork you love them so shouts out to Mrs Julie my mom’s nurse and all the nursing staff for such an amazing incredible job for what they do oh they also have a great nursing director and social worker is amazing thanks to everyone at Tucker nursing and rehab you guys truly have an amazing team the Walden family really appreciate you guys for taking care of our mother mrs Lillie Walden thanks a million

overall I am very pleased with this rehab center. my only complaint is the quality of the food. I think it could be a little better quality and cooked a little differently. the activities are excellent with something for everyone everyday. I hate I missed the birdhouse building but the concierge is going to help me get one. I also would enjoy more dessert. I miss them.

Great experience. Staff is awesome. Daily physical therapy and occupational therapy sessions got me strong and walking. Food is pretty good dinners are usually light. You can change what the deliver if you don’t like what’s on the menu.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! For the sake of my mother being mad at me I will say the PHYSICAL THERAPY TEAM IS AMAZING. OTHER THAN THAT PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IF THEY NEED HELP. MY MOTHER WAS LEFT IN HER OWN MESS AFTER ARRIVING AT 3 AM AND IT WASNT ADDRESED UNTIL I SAID SOMETHING. SHE HAS BEEN GIVEN THE WRONG MEDS AND THEN SNAPPED AT WHEN TOLD THEY WERE WRONG. IT SMAELLS AWFUL ON THE REHAB SIDE. THEY HAVE A FULL STAFF AND SOME OF THISE STAFF CARE BUT MOST OF THEM ARE JUST THERE FOR A CHECK. THERE IS NO COMPASSION FOR THE PEOPLE THAT ARE THERE BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT HELP THEMSELVES. DONT BOTHER GOING TO THE HIGHER UPS CAUSE BABY THATS A JOKE. THEY WILL TALK YOU IN CIRCLES. MY MOTHER DIDNT EVEN HAVE WATER TONDRINK MOST OF THE TIME BECAYSE SHE HAD TONWAIT ON SOMEONE TO GWT IT FOR HER AND NO ONE EVER CAME IN TO CHECK ON HER. THINK HER CLOTHES GOT WASHED? NOPE. I HAVE ALREADY LEFT A REVIEW BEFORE BUT TOOK IT DOWN AT MY MOTHERS REQUEST DUE TO HER BEING TREATED DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW. AND his is the second time she has went there and I warned her not to go back but she loved the therapy team so much. She now will be coming home better physically but the care or lack of while she was there hygiene wise has left her with rashes and very uncomfortable.Also they run out of meds give out wrong meds make excuses why and I won’t even go into how the residents are fed. My mother has lost so much weight and no one has even noticed. All I’m going to say is find another place where your loved one will actually get cared for and not made to feel worse about their situation. If I could leave negative stars I would.

I came here for rehab. The rehab staff is amazing! The concierge staff is amazing! The cnas are good as well. I recommend this location for rehab. The only reason I did not give it a 5 stars is the food selection needs improvement.

I was a patient at Tucker Wellness and Rehabilitation for 3 weeks ( IV therapy ). My experience was exceptional. The staffing as a whole was courteous and caring to each patient. The physical therapy and occupational therapy staff were on point each day making sure I exercised. Thank you so much!!

My Dialysis and physical therapy experience has been very well! Especially physical therapy they are non stop! Today I got a big hotdog in a bun with sauerkraut and mustard and couldn’t ask for a better meal! The staff is phenomenal always something to do! We even played balloon volleyball!

My mother was here less than 12 hours, the facility is filthy, she was left in her own mess. As retaliation for removing her the facility reported neglect to adult services. We welcome the visit and will be able to share with the state the deplorable setting other patients are in. When reading the reviews, be informed a lot are comprised of employees, thus artificially inflating the ratings. Do not send anyone here without a site visit.

Not a good facility to get stretcher patients in and out of the actual building. For months their doors to the main entrance have been broken almost hitting the patients every single time if it wasn’t for my team and I caring about them. I think the front desk lady enjoys watching transportation struggle with those doors because she just sits there and stares versus walking 4-5 feet to hold open the doors. She doesn’t care clearly. I also had my CNA training here and was “trained” to step over a patient with the whole class because the patient apparently does that for “attention” one of the staff workers said. Enough said. It’s sad.

This skilled nursing facility was not a good welcoming experience. There were some issues with the facility to where state was called in and new staff was not informed. I was being told from other staff members about the horrible compliments from residents and family members. The nurses are very dependent on the med techs and want med techs to do their nursing duties. Med techs do not do nursing assessments. According to Kimberly the DON her nurses run the show .The Don states everybody is responsible for patient center care.Nurses do not help out and answer lights. One particular nurse Thyoris is wonderful. Well i don't see how when a resident told me the overnight nurse lied about giving his pain medication on time . The nurse brung the DON into the room to clear up her lie infront of the resident . You don't lie to a patient .To clear it up its not the company it's the staff . I see that alot of staff is untouchable including the DON and other management staff meaning that they think they cant be terminated. Anybody in the facility can be terminated including human resources. Lastly , I informed the Administrator and Kimberly DON about a resident being inappropriate and how i felt uncomfortable. Kimberly words were in healthcare you experience people with dementia and behaviors . Kimberly also stated Im sorry that happened to you . Neither of them showed no concern and this resident is clearly in his right state of mind . I am not going to post how I feel about the DON Kimberly i will just pray for her instead.

I can only give praises to Tucker Nursing and Rehab Center. Initially, when I arrived here I was not mobile. I could not walk or stand. Here I am, now three weeks later and I am walking and standing with minimal assistance.Hats off to the great rehab team that they have. It is the best!!All of the staff encourage and inspire you to do your best. I look forward to going to rehab every day.I am forever grateful to the staff for their hard work in my recovery. From the first day I seen the hate but this is what I got paid to say so I entered this building up to now I can truly say it is amazing from the staff to the residents when you first enter the building you get a loving warm feeling the staff is amazing the new owners are making the nursing and rehabilitation home a wonderful place to be they make you feel welcome and important since I have started working as an activity assistant I have found it to be the very best job I have ever had I enjoy meeting the new patients along with all of the residents family and friends I learned so much from them Miss Takia is a wonderful person to hate on you if you have a shape 😄. All that is lies I was giving a gift card to write ✍️ this but let me tell you the truth at this place I am one of the most loved person there just ask about me and then you have the ladies that are supposed to be bosses and leadersleaders they are so ghetto I seen how they talk about everyone who works there and how they act 🤣 🤣 outside of work GHETTO to the Max the DON is trying to take over the administrator job SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️ I was let go because they were so jealous of my body and size and how I dressed that they would come up with anything to say but then they dress just like me 😂 then you have social services sleeping with my boss the activity director 😔 SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️ then you have the administrator asking him what is his love language and trying to sleep with him and this is what he told me happend but that's who runs the company 🤣🤣 sad but I am happy and excited 😌 because I really appreciate all the things I learned from some of the CNAs but I am happy they let me go because I was ready to leave on the 1st anyway because I have my own business and I am taking time off to work on it but if you love your family run away from here please so let me be clear 🙏 the only reason I was let go was because of all jealousy and that's Sad and Not A Good Look for Older women but okay 👍👍

Worked at this awful place recently and the first thing to note is…. THEY GIVE $25 gift cards(to employees) if you write a good review, so the more emails you have the better…… just going down this timeline if you call the facility and ask to speak with the names of the 4 star reviews that will answer your first question right there 😂😂😂😂. Secondly…… if you love your family member RUNNNNNNNNN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! THE DON could care less about you or your family…. She’s busy strutting through the facility in the same tired old brown dusty shoes every single day demeaning the staff; even those that are not her own and sowing discord between staff members with her manipulation and narcissistic behavior.( If you value peace and your back!), the money isn’t worth the time. They are consistently short staffed and the staff they do have are just warm bodies. Yes, meds are constantly late the med techs who barely have any training are passing meds to 30-40 people and have patient care for 3-5 individuals the entire shift. By patient care I mean they are the CNA the care provider for 3-5 individuals all day, they must feed them bathe them change them turn them CARE FOR THEM while being responsible for med pass for all 30-40 people(depending on the cart) on their cart. The positions these individuals are left in most of the time are so sad. Both the resident and the CMA actually. I could go on all day about the lack of management skills and deplorable disposition of the management team at Tucker Nursing and Rehab. Instead I rid myself and pray for a change on behalf of the residents who have to live there. No matter the response to my review, all who enter will see for themselves. This is NOT the place to be. Unprofessionalism AT ITS FINEST. Go and let them prove it to you.

Our brother has been receiving treatment at Tucker Wellness and Rehabilitation Center for the last several months.Many accolades for their attention to quality patient care and assistance, and at the same time, being truly concerned and compassionate for the individual person are: Andrea A, hard working case worker; Chez W, activities director extraordinaire and really helpful in every way; Ms. Stacey, always compassionate, knowledgeable, and so hard working, and Kim F, nurse director who we recently met and appreciate her attention to detail. Understand the facility is now under new management. This is a good thing. Many physical changes are being made in the building, equipment, and grounds. We appreciate and are thankful for all the hard- working staff here. Keep up the good work!

The halls, rooms, bathroom and/or floors were not clean and there was a strong smell or urine. I was told that there was only one RN to cover the facility as to why it took so long b/f the nurse would arrive at my sister's room. My sister has developed a large bedsore which is infected, to the tail bone is visible and now has been transported/admitted into the hospital, had surgery on that area a day ago. So, I am very dissatisfied with the facility and staff as a whole. My sister was told by EMS, which transported my sister, that the staff told him not to tell her where they were transporting our sister to. That in it self suggest they may be trying to hide something. The person at the entrance is very welcoming and that's it.

Courteous knowledgeable staff. I've witnessed the kitchen staff interact with the patients and are concerned about whether they've eaten enough or not. Everyone cares for the patients and that's awesome to witness. The parking is a little tight admittedly. Let me leave with this quote "Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Very kind and friendly staff. I especially wanted to write this review to comment on how how clean the facility is, which is quite unusual for a nursing home in my experience of visiting other places. The wonderful aroma coming from the kitchen are very enticing. Kudos to you all. Thank you for all that you do for the elderly population.

My mom is a resident at Tucker and since she has been there we (she and I) have had an amazing experience. From the staff being able to take care of all her needs to the kitchen staff being able to help desire her meal preferences to the cleaning staff making sure not only her room but the building itself stays clean. I couldn’t have found/chose a better place for her to stay. If you are looking for somewhere to send your loved one add Tucker Wellness to your list .

Great place to work. The staff treat the residents like family. This is a very family oriented community. The environment is relaxed. In comparison to other places that I have worked I actually feel that the agenda is patient care instead of policies and politics.

Local to Tucker. Went to Tucker high school. Live about 15 min from this facility. My uncle recently had a stroke so we were recommended Tucker Nursing home as it is close to our home and the other facilities in the area had terrible reviews. Glad to say we made the right choice. Everyone is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the food seems to be good. Rehab gym is pretty impressive and love the fact that the rehab team are very encouraging. Give this place a 5 star as me and my family see progress with our uncle and are treated like we matter.

Tucker Wellness and Rehabilitation Center was the most professional hiring experience I Have ever had in my 13 years as a CNA! The starting pay is extremely competitive and far above average for my profession. The facility was clean and beautiful. The management was kind and welcoming and made the hiring process very successful. I'm totally excited about becoming a team member there and will work extra hard to help them maintain their excellent quality of health care for their residents and my coworkers!
